in lungs was an evening-length dialogic movement work, grounded in reflection. in lungs navigates the resiliency and tangible conjurations of memories through dance and spoken text developed in community writing + embodiment workshops led by dan and their collaborators while in residency at Mana Contemporary. in lungs questions the luring drive of time, inviting physicality and conversation among worldly pressures to race forward.
